End-of-year event 2022

On 14 January, our annual end-of-year event took place. Here, not only were facts and figures from the POMBERGER Goisern year presented, but a delicious dinner was also enjoyed together…

On 14 January, our annual end-of-year event took place.

Here, not only were facts and figures from the POMBERGER Goisern year presented, but a delicious dinner was also enjoyed together. This year, our gala took place at the Steegwirt in Bad Goisern.

Alongside organisational matters and informative presentations, awards are also given out at our end-of-year event. Both memorable anniversaries and individual outstanding achievements are recognised.

Anniversaries: Here, loyalty is rewarded. Employees who have been with our company for longer receive an award and a gift for their loyalty. We are proud of our employees, and the longer they stay, the more it shows how much they value working with us.

Most improvement-suggestion points: A company that does not listen to its employees’ ideas stands still. Improvement suggestions can optimise areas and processes. Many employees come up with many creative ideas, and this moves a company forward. This award recognises employees with particular commitment in this area.

Best employee rating: At the end of the year, employees rate themselves in 17 areas. These ratings are then presented to and discussed with their mentors. The resulting employee rating allows our employees to see where they can still improve personally. Their mentors are happy to support them in this. It is less about a strict grading system, as in school, and more about ensuring everyone knows where they currently stand. This makes it easy for every employee to be satisfied with their performance or, where appropriate, to improve in specific areas.
