Where do you see the advantages of working with [POMBERGER Goisern]?

We see the main advantage in the fact that the eyewear brand is produced in Austria and that the company is based in Austria. Nowadays that’s a good argument for customers, and if we ever need something, it reaches us very quickly.

What has been your experience with spare parts for older [POMBERGER Goisern] models?

In most cases, good and quick.

Is there a collection where it should be quicker?

No, we mainly need spare parts for JvG and Tamaris. Delivery here is always quick, as long as the spare parts are in stock.

What would you like to see from [POMBERGER Goisern] in future?

That everything continues to work as well as it does whenever something is needed. And in our view, a collection in attractive muted colours would sell well. Customers like the fact that the glasses are made in Austria, but some of them simply find the colours too bold.

How would you describe your working relationship with [POMBERGER Goisern] so far?

Straightforward. And we really appreciate how quickly everything works. When we order a larger delivery and something isn’t available, it always arrives afterwards as separate deliveries. One, or at most two, follow-up deliveries would make more sense here.

On a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 is the best, how likely would you be to recommend [POMBERGER Goisern] to your colleagues?

9, because we’re very satisfied.
