What advantages do you see in working with [POMBERGER Goisern]?

(Gerald) For us, POMBERGER Goisern is a company where the factors of regionality and value creation in Austria play a major role, since we very much enjoy working with Austrian companies.

(Michaela) We greatly appreciate the friendliness of the service centre staff. The delivery times for Johann von Goisern glasses also deserve a mention, as they are shorter than those of other suppliers. And the support in the form of sending possible spare parts also suits us very well.

What has been your experience with spare parts for older [POMBERGER Goisern] models?

(Michaela) For Johann von Goisern there is generally the option of obtaining spare parts, or alternatives are offered that you can look into. Or perhaps another model that’s suggested to you will fit just as well. With other brands, the guarantee of spare parts is unfortunately usually limited, but fortunately that doesn’t come up too often.

How satisfied are you with the service centre at [POMBERGER Goisern]?

(Michaela) It suits us very well. You’re happy to call because you know the staff are friendly and never irritated. You get the help you need. Everything is to our complete satisfaction.

What would you like to see from [POMBERGER Goisern] in future?

(Michaela) That the good working relationship continues, and of course it’s also important that the glasses stay as attractive as they are and that the quality remains right.

(Gerald) I’d like Austrian quality, produced in Austria – that’s very important to me. Especially with Johann von Goisern glasses.

How would you describe your working relationship with [POMBERGER Goisern] so far?

(Michaela) Unfortunately, stock management has become more difficult in recent years than it was at the start. (Note: the number of new frames and collections has grown and become more complex.)

Would you recommend [POMBERGER Goisern]?

(Michaela) Yes, absolutely.

(Gerald) When I meet other colleagues, I tell them about this Austrian company and say they should take a look at it.
